In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of employee compensation on the biweekly basis. Additionally, you will maintain complete payroll information, report information, and always be available to employees and management regarding any payroll issues that arise during and after the payroll process is complete, as necessary..
Minimum Requirements include a High School Diploma; working knowledge of State and Federal payroll requirements and regulations, including taxes and garnishments; and experience with computerized payroll systems, preferably PeopleSoft HRMS and Kronos. You must also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, which include tact, discretion and respect in dealing with employees, supervisors and outside contacts concerning hospital policies, payroll procedures, federal and state laws and in the handling of confidential data.
