| Eileen is the Payroll Manager for Cort, a Berkshire-Hathaway Company. Her payroll career began in 1992, since becoming a CPP in 1995 she has been an active member of WMAC serving as Treasurer and as Chair of various committees. |

| Linda Dailey, CPP |

| Linda Dailey has been in the payroll profession for over 18 years. Linda is currently working for McNeil Technologies in Springfield, VA as their Payroll Mgr. Most of Linda’s career has been in the Government Contracts arena. Linda is involved in the Washington Area Chapter of the APA and APA on the national level. Linda is currently serving as President Elect but has worked in numerous areas as a volunteer or committee chair. Within APA National Linda serves on the Government Affairs Task Force and as a member of the Certification Advisory Group. Linda has been teaching the Pay Train Learning Series for over five years at George Mason University. Linda is very dedicated to helping Payroll Professionals advance in their career; she works hard to help other payroll professionals study for their CPP and FPC exam. |

| Dan has over 17 years of payroll and accounting experience. He has been a member of the WMAC-APA and the APA since 1998. He became certified in 1999. He is Past President of the WMAC-APA. Dan is very active at the national level with the APA and AAPA. Currently, Dan is the Senior Manager, Payroll for Intelsat Corporation and the Founder of the WMAC-AAPA. He is APA's 2009 Payroll Man of the Year. |

| Tara is the Senior Payroll Administrator at Human Genomes Sciences, Inc. in Rockville, MD. She started working in payroll in 2003, and joined the WMAC-APA in 2008. Community Relations has always been passion of hers, so she is very excited to serve this committee. In her spare time, Tara loves hanging out with family (especially her son Jack) and friends, shopping, and reading. |

| Michele has 21 years of payroll experience and has held several different positions. She began her career as a Payroll Clerk with neither payroll background nor experience. She is currently the HR Manager for the Schools Division at Sodexo. She has been a member of the National APA since 2001. She serves on the Child Support, Data Privacy & Security and Payroll Cards task force. She has been a member of the WMAC-APA since 1999 and is currently President-Elect and Tri-State Chair. Michele has also received several citations of merit from the National APA. |

Moawia currently serves as manager of payroll for Kaiser Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group In Rockville Maryland . In his 20 years career in payroll and accounting, he has managed payroll and reporting while working for Oakwood Heath Care, Computer Science Corp, Manor Health Care, and National Wildlife Federation.
Moawia is an active member of American Payroll Association at both the national and the local level.
At the local level, Moawia currenlty serves on the WMAC-APA Board of Directors and Chair of Nominations and Election committee. Moawia has served as co-chair for Nominations and Election committee and as a member of Tri-state conference committee.

Charlotte has 20 years experience in the payroll services industry. Her current position is Senior Payroll Manager with Experience Works, a national, charitable, community-based organization that helps older adults get the training they need to find jobs in their communities.
Charlotte received her CPP certification in 1996. She has contributed articles for national payroll industry publications on expatriate payroll as well as best practices. Charlotte served two terms as Vice President of the Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter of the American Payroll Association in 1999 and 2000 and was President in 2001. She has also served as Chairperson on several committees within the local Chapter. In January 2008 Charlotte joined BNA as a Payroll Library/Payroll Administration Guide Advisory Board member. She also serves on the APA Hotline Referral Service providing assistance to APA members with payroll and benefits questions. She also serves on the APA Government Affairs Task Force Data Privacy and Security Subcommittee.

Julia is a payroll technician for the Commonwealth of VA, working at Northern VA Training Center. Her payroll career began in 2006. She has since received her FPC in 2007 and recently her CPP in 2009. She became a member of the WMAC-APA in 2007.

I am currently employed as a Payroll Specialist for Coventry Health Care Inc. while pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. |

| Yvonne is the Manager of Grants and Payroll with the DC Water and Sewer Authority where she has worked for the 9 1/2 years and includes having served as the Acting Controller for 2 1/2 years . She has a BS degree in Business Administration and attained her CPP in 2007. She has worked in various capacities of accounting over the course of her career. She also serves as instructor of Accounting for the CPP study class. |

| Elaine has been doing payroll for 20 years in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland. Elaine joined the WMAC-APA, took the CPP/FPC study group and earned her CPP in 2001. Elaine works for an international development company and finds that payroll presents her with "never a dull moment". Elaine has been actively working with the WMAC-APA since she joined. |

| Laura is a Writer/Editor at the Bureau of National Affairs, where she works on various payroll, compensation, and benefits publications. Prior to her writing career, Laura was a Human Resources Information Systems Manager responsible for producing personnel and compensation reports from the HRIS system of a company with employees in North America, Europe, and Asia. Laura has also worked as a Payroll Manager, managing a payroll with several hundred employees spanning multiple states. In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading, playing with her new nephew, and taking classes in photography, art, and writing. |
